Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following the receipt of your order.

Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT+08:00)

Handling Days: Monday – Friday

You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Origins

The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.

Stock Availability Notice: We aim to ship all orders from our local UK warehouse (Typical transit: 2-4 Business Days). However, if an item is out of stock locally, your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong (Typical transit: 3-12 Business Days) to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or customs inspections.

3. Shipping Costs (GBP)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout.

Large Orders (> 14.00 kg): If your total order weight exceeds 14.00 kg, we will ship your order in separate parcels. You will receive multiple tracking numbers for your shipment.

4. Customs, VAT & Import Duties

For UK Customers: All prices include UK VAT. You will not face any unexpected customs charges or import duties upon delivery, even if your item is dispatched from our overseas warehouse.

For International Orders (Outside UK): Import duties and taxes may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Baofeng UK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a Royal Mail or DPD tracking number. Please note: If your order is dispatched from our Asia warehouse, tracking may not update while the package is in transit overseas. Tracking will begin updating once the item clears UK customs.
