Return & Refund Policy
At Baofeng UK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. For your convenience, all authorized returns are processed at our local UK facility.
1. Return Period (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and post it back to our UK warehouse.
2. RMA Requirement (Important)
Please do not send your return without contacting us first.
To ensure a fast refund, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our UK return shipping address before shipping.
Why is this necessary? Our warehouse receives many packages daily. Returns sent without an RMA number or prior notification are difficult to identify, which will result in significant delays in your refund process.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- New Only: In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn/Unused: It must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives with physical damage from transit, please report it within 7 days of receipt. If the product develops a manufacturing defect within your 30-day return window:
- You may mail the item back in its original packaging (without customer-inflicted wear and tear) for a free replacement or full refund.
- Proof Required: You will need to provide photos and/or videos showing the defect(s) of the product to our support team to approve the return.
IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend obtaining and saving your return tracking number until you are notified that we have completed your refund or shipped your replacement.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue and we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse (Changed Mind): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost to our UK warehouse.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the product value.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our UK warehouse facility:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
